This HTP CubeSat Fill and Drain Valve consists of a flight half and ground half coupling.
Nammo Space has developed a simple, small screw-in device for propellant and fluid loading and unloading in small spacecraft applications. The threaded interface can be screwed directly into the tank in your propulsion system. This interface is sealed using an o-ring.
A simple Ground Half Coupling [GHC] supplied with the valve. The adaptor is screw onto body of the Flight Half Coupling and displaces the seal thus permitting a flow path through the valve to the tank. The action of unscrewing the GHC adaptor closes the valve, and the compression spring returns the valve to a sealed mode. The hardware is made from Aluminium and weighs less than 23g.
