The Lapua cartridge factory was originally founded in 1923 as a state cartridge factory. The factory, part of Nammo Lapua Oy, produces premium quality centerfire cartridges and components for target and sport shooters as well as for hunters and law enforcement and defence authorities. Today, the factory located in Lapua, Finland, has over 200 employees, and delivers small caliber ammunition to more than 60 countries worldwide.
