We encourage our employees, customers and other business partners to submit a report to us if you observe or suspect any breach of law or misconduct. This can be done confidentially by contacting a Nammo manager, local human resources/employee representative and/or compliance officer, or by leaving a message using the Speak Up web system or app.
Nammo will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Do not use the Speak Up system for emergencies involving immediate threats to life or property. Please contact the relevant local authorities and/or safety/security representatives.
