Reporting Concerns

As Nammo employees we are expected to report any conduct that we believe in good faith, to be a violation of the Code of Conduct or the law. By reporting concerns we are protecting our business and the reputation of the company.

Nammo leaders are expected to emphasize the value of reporting concerns promptly and foster an environment of open reporting. Employees can report internally through our SpeakUp phone and websystem. The system facilitates confidential dialogue between Nammo and the reporter.

All Nammo sites, in every country of presence, have the responsibility to inform all new hires and regular employees about the access to our internal reporting channel. Information is available at the local site and at the company intranet.

Nammo does not tolerate retaliation against any employee who raises a concern in good faith.
