Nammo Germany GmbH has a 60% ownership in the German company ND PressTec GmbH, former Deutsche Nickel PressTec GmbH.
ND PressTec GmbH is located in Schwerte near Dortmund in Germany. The company has 50 employees. The company has a sales target of approximately 35 Million Euros for 2007. As the company serves several of Nammo’s competitors, it will be operated as a stand alone business, but naturally Nammo should benefit from the operational synergy.
ND PressTec GmbH is a market leader in its field of full product range brass cups and discs for small and medium caliber cartridges in Europe, North America and Middle East. The business was previously part of the DNick Group, with Morgan Stanley, Bernstein and other investment banks and houses as key owners.
