Nammo was responsible for the Rocket Motor in HATM (Hyper Velocity Anti Tank Missile), a joint Program with Raytheon for Hyper Velocity Technology Demonstration. During a very successful test campaign in November 2002, two HATM missiles were fired in Norway. The HATM missiles achieved a peak velocity of 2.180 m/s (Mach 6.66), which was world record for low altitude missiles at the time.
