On February 3rd 2006 Saab AB officially transferred their 27.5% shares in Nammo AS to the Norwegian State represented by the Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry (MoTI) and to the Finnish Group Patria Oyj.
The Norwegian ownership in Nammo has increased from 45% to 50% and the Finnish ownership has increased from 27.5% to 50%.
The Finnish Group Patria Oyj is owned by the Finnish State (73.2%) and European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company EADS N.V. (26.8%).
