New President of Nammo Talley

Mr. Selle joins Nammo Talley from Fairchild Controls, a subsidiary of EADS North America, where
he was President and CEO for five years. Prior to joining Fairchild Controls, Scott held leadership
positions in Operations and Quality Assurance with Honeywell Aerospace (formerly Allied Signal).
Before his civilian career, he also served eight years in the United States Navy as an officer in the
Nuclear Submarine Force.
 
Nammo Talley welcomes Scott Selle to its organization as he brings to Talley a strong aerospace
and defense background, sharing the company’s unwavering customer commitment to high
quality and innovative propulsion, warhead and weapon technology.
 
This appointment follows the retirement of Steve Wegener, President and CEO since 1999, who
led Talley successfully through its transition from Talley Defense Systems to its present successful
status as the U.S. presence of Nammo AS, a global leader in ammunition and missile products.
